Cable / Wire Manager Pole for Replicator Dual

Based on user GeraldO's [original design](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21570). I couldn't get all my wires to fit in the very snug Strain Relief upgrade, so I modified it to have a pole instead. You can use any zip tie/cable tie/rope to anchor the replicator's wires to the pole, thereby relieving any strain from the wires during printing.
