Rostock Mini - 3mm Bowden - Traxxas 5347 - 18 tooth GT2 pulley - pasqal version

My version of Rostock Mini Pro.
It's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:318685 with my little improvements/changes.

My changes are:
- Frame to 6.5mm plywood, and Aluminium profile 30x30
- Carriage for 18 tooth GT2 pulley and Traxxas 5347 rod end with slim holder.
- Idler end modified to 2 pcs F623RS 3x10x4mm flanged bearings
- Bowden 3mm based on Wade extruder mounted on top of frame.

2015-01-07:
- New v2 carriage for 18/20 tooth GT2 pulley.
