Fixed top for 'RasPi model B+ case optimized for octoprint'

I moved the camera mount location slightly down from SFLabs' incarnation of this neat Raspberry Pi B+ case. The clips won't collide with the HDMI port now, so it actually closes up.

I also added a little vent.

This is just a new top case piece. You'll need the base and camera mount pieces from the parent item.
