JABt = Just Another Belt tensioner

I liked the easy access of the open frame but wanted the rigidity of the enclosed frame so I put the two ideas together. I use an M3 "Nylock" type nut for the foot, but screwed onto the end of the M3 screw in reverse so the wide part of the nut comes in contact with the belt.
