Combined Stabilizer + LCD Mount for prusa i3 rework

I love the update [Stabilizer for Prusa i3 Z-axis](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:100128) and wanted to give a try to the [Gadgets3D LCD mount for Prusa i3](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:121640) so here is a custom piece that allows both of them to be use on the same screws.

EDIT: has to re-print it to I designed one for 5/16 rod that does not need drilling.
