Prusa i3 rework Y endstop converter

If like me you printed the original [prusa i3 rework](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119616/#files)'s *Y-MOTOR.stl* but your endstop don't come on a circuit board, you'r gonna need this.

Printed strait, mine was to far from the bed, so I created the offseted version. Left the strait version cause it is needed if you have a thinner extruder then mine.
