40mm Fan Duct for E3D hot-end

Love the E3D hot-end, but I only have 40mm fans on hand. So this is what I needed.

This doesn't snap on like the duct provided by E3D. I printed 3 of those in PLA and every one of them broke instantly on installation. Instead, this duct fits between the heat-sink fins. I printed it with holes on the heat-sink side too so a bracket could be fit to secure it in place, but I don't find it necessary.

Also, to maximize cooling, I reduced the duct size at the hot-end to only cool the bottom
