Raspberry PI Model B+ Sleeve case with IO Expansion connector exposed

My modification of the Raspberry PI Model B+ sleeve designed by walter to add a cutout for the IO Expansion connector.

The modification was done by importing the origional STL file info openscad and adding / subtracting a few blocks to achieve the desired result
