The roll on tape dispenser are too brittle. Fortunately this will solve your problem if you own a 3d printer. No need for supports or bed adhesion, insert the pin inside the wheel after printing. It's better if you wait for the pin to cool down before removing it from the build plate. Otherwise it may warp.
