Partial enclosure for jtech photonics laser driver board

This will protect the PCB, but still allow plenty of airflow for cooling. It was designed based on the latest high power laser driver (the one with safety features) from http://jtechphotonics.com. The round feet on the bottom of the case hold onto the driver board's assembly screws pretty well. They may be just a bit too close together, but that prevents the board from coming loose from the enclosure accidentally.
