Presentation box to hold and display a custom turned bottle stopper

This display/presentation box has a ball and socket style hinge and a
latch that holds the lid closed. There's a textured surface that helps to hide any Z-wobble artifacts from the 3D printing.

It comprises 4 parts. The insert snaps into the base. the lid snaps into the mating hinge joint on the base. The end cap can be attached to the top of the lid using thick CA glue (such as Super Glue or Krazy Glue).
