Universal 40mm Radial Fan Conversion Kit

Converts a 40mm fan (with roughly 23-25mm center hub) into a radial fan weighing 22 grams. Everything can be printed without support, just rotate them because my STL files are always sideways. I suck at making parts that fit together (and many printers do too) so this is all glue together, except for the fan itself.
