pibrow micro SD adapter mod

this mod is a mod for a double height sd card adapter.
aside from the extra layer i closed the sd card slot because it looks a lot better.
has an extra layer for a double height sd-card, it may fit the adafrut adapter but is meant to fit adapters which sit flush with the pi.
