iPhone 5 holder frame for TomTom EasyPort

Replacement for the TomTom iPhone 3/4 Car Kit part. Uses existing fitting, and gives a simple frame for an iPhone 5/5S in an existing book/wallet-style case.

Although it's designed for my specific iPhone case, the ball-joint socket fits well (when printed at 102% in ABS) and could be used as part of an integrated iPhone case/holder.

Update: added audio jack hole, tab to stop the magnetic clasp hanging over, and made the whole frame slightly looser.
