Plate leveling patterns for Replicator 2 & 2x

Simple linear pattern for checking plate level-ness. Prints in about 1 minute. 2 files, each one sized for Replicator 2 and 2X build plates, respectively.

Inspect the printed lines for adhesion and width. Width variance should be a tell-tale for where the plate is low or high. Adjust leveling screws until the lines are all the same thickness and well adhered to the plate.
