Axial Fan Blade

Fan blade that is a component of a 6-8 blade axial fan assembly. When printed standing up the surface finish is fairly good, except for some artifacts on the concave surface. When printed flat, the blade is stronger at the expense of surface finish. I'm interested in some other results, specifically if that artifact can be eliminated.
