This is my take on designing a perfect screwdriver holder ;). I went through a lot of designs already present on thingiverse and borrowed some ideas from a few, mainly [2918462](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2918462) and [3671735](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3671735). They both are excellent designs however they didn't fit my use case. Key features of this design: - Open front loading, which removes the necessity to keep an empty space above the holder. - Each holder is tailored for a specific Wera screwdriver model. - Sockets are beveled towards front for a smooth tool insertion/removal. - Freedom of re-arranging holders after installation. Holders snap onto a 3d-printed rail and can be removed without any tools. - Freedom to adjust spacing between holders. - As the rail for holders is very simple it can be modified to attach to any surface without any hassle. - Holders have embedded text/symbol markings which are designed to be printed in a different color on a single extrusion 3d printer. # Supported screwdriver models Wera screwdrivers come in different shapes and sizes: there are a few handle sizes, some have additional hexagon bolsters, shaft diameter varies (e.g VDE screwdrivers have a much thicker shaft). There is an OpenSCAD script attached, so it should be possible to generate holder for any combination of mentioned features. I've attached STL files for some screwdrivers I was able to measure. If you need a holder for a specific screwdriver drop me a message. ## Tested holders Following holders were printed by me and they are working fine: - 160i VDE flat 0.4x2.5 - 160i VDE flat 0.5x3.0 - 247 phase tester flat 0.5x3.0 - 335 flat 0.8x4.0 - 350 PH1 - 350 PH2 - 355 PZ1 - 355 PZ2 - 367 torx 15 - 367 torx 20 - 367 torx 25 - 932A flat 1.2x7.0 - 932A flat 1.0x5.5 ## Untested holders I prepared some holders based on dimensions from Wera website, but I didn't test them as I don't own those screwdrivers: - 334 flat 0.8x5.0 - 334 flat 1.0x6.0 - 334 flat 1.2
