Philips LivingColor/Hue Remote Holder II (Gen2)

Wall-mounted holder for the Philips LivingColor remotes.
New for this version: It fits the older generation 2 remotes. I also modified the design to have wider walls to improve the print bed adhesion.

It is based on the great design of jwildeboer [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:93928).

Note: Generation 3 remotes do not fit.
