This is a mount for the Argonaut AQ250 and my Sony 600TVL Super HAD II from SecurityCamera2000.com.
It attaches to the frame with 4 small screws and connects to the camera by protruding through the holes, then you can melt the ends down with a soldering iron to fix it in place.
