Universal Slotted Spool Hub

Updated version of predecessor to accommodate for 608 bearing and incorporate a slot. Increased resolution of the cut outs to be round instead of hexagonal. Using the included nut thumbwheel allows for totally tool-less spool changes (generated using customizable version).
