For holding the run out sensor on the top rail if the Creality filament arm and spool are removed. It bolts to the top rail with two M4 bolts and T nuts. Reuse the M3 screw or a longer one to screw the filament sensor assembly to either side of the block.I have an enclosure so removed the spool holder and added this simple block. Printed in PETG but PLA or similar will do the job.
