wades geared to adrians hot end converter plate

23/02/11 Update: didn't realise the wades holes are offset from the filament hole, just fixed that. Got my prototype to work anyway by drilling wades holes into slots.

Also you can see in the photo i've made it big enough to fit a small fan on the back although it mightn't fit there on the mendel. The fan shouldn't be necessary unless you're extruding in hot climates with no aircon.
