Updated fan cooler for J head / hot end - modified to cool the print essential for PLA (uses 40mm sq. fan)

This is an updated version of my hot end fan cooler (cools the PEEK isolator above the hot end).

This version directs half of the 40mm fans airflow over the print bed to help improve the print quality - especially with PLA / overhangs etc.
