Customizable Lens Clip for Note4VR / OpenDive headsets

Also, on this one, I have added the ability to adjust the width of the slot that holds the lens. See "Lens Thickness".

I borrowed very heavily from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:455601 for these. I wanted something configurable, that I could adjust to fit different visors, IPDs, and lens sizes.

I created a 38mm one for my Note4VR, then discovered that my lenses were actually closer to 40.5
