Couldn't find a back plate for my Pi Cam with IR sensor so started off with the original design and modified it to match. The hole distances are about 14x28 mm. My thanks for the original author. This is used for OctoPrint with OctoLapse on an Ender 3 V2 neo. I don't need an enclosure for this setup and thus avoid overheating issues.
