Hovership MHQ2 Redesigned Clean Section

I redesigned the clean section to fit my needs better. A mount for the fatshark 600tvl camera with a 10 degree tilt was added to the clean upper, and the gopro mount was removed from the clean lower to clean things up because I am using a mobius. I also added a ridge around the edge to help stiffen the clean lower. Still works with the stock lower sections. The mounting for the flight controller supports 30x30mm to 44x44mm hole mounting patterns.
