THERE IS A COUPLE ISSUES WITH THE DESIGN BUT IT CAN STILL PRINT. THE IDEA TO MAKE THIS SHOE:I got my idea for the “FailPrint Shoe” from a New Orleans parade named “Muses” Muses is known for making decorated shoes that are rare to catch. Since I am not in the parade I can’t make shoes. I decided to make my own for this competition. WHAT THE SHOE IS ABOUT:This shoe consists of a filament spool under the heel. It is supposed to be the filament breaking off into the shoe (the shoe is the filament). That’s why the string of filming is going into the shoe. I GET A LOT OF FAILED PRINTS SO MY IDEA WAS IF I WAS TO PRINT THIS SHOE IT WOULD FAIL SO THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED “FAIL PRIINT SHOE”ADVANTAGES: FITS A HUMAN FOOTDESIGNED TO TAKE WEIGHT (filament spool under heel helps support shoe)HAVE DIFFERENT SIZES PRINTABLEDISADVANTAGES:LOTS OF FILAMENT USEDNEEDS LOTS OF SUPPORTTAKES A LONG TIME TO PRINTINSTRUCTIONS TO PRINT: thee is not too difficult to print. There are a fair amount f details so I recommend printing it with a .4 nozzle. You may need to slice the print in half so 1. It is faster and 2 have it on the printer bed. USE OUTER AND INNER SUPPORTS. It should not break as long as you use supports inside. When finding the right settings to print you should not need to change anything (Just print regularly)
