easyDelta rigid endstop holder (probably fit any 8mm rod & 20mm microswitch)

This endstop holder is much wider so it can not tilt and offset the Z height.

The printer uses a small 20mm micro switch and I always remove the metal lever from the microswitch to make the switch more accurate.

It might be required to heat the holder to snap it over the smooth rod
