Sea Monster

A light sculpture inspired by bioluminescent jellies and other sea critters.

Powered by an Arduino. The lights are AdaFruit NeoPixels. The ribs rest on a 3/4" wooden dowel and some 3/16" acrylic rods. The Arduino program slowly and randomly changes the colors of the LEDs. The acrylic rods can hold the structure up with the dowel, which can be slid out the top.

Bulbs (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:561399) attach very easily with hot glue to the NeoPixel strips.
