Case and lid for Tinkerkit T010010 Relay Module

This is a tailored version of my generic case improvement to davidmpye's generic case (box and lid). The tailored case is dimensioned to fit the Tinkerkit Relay Module, item T010010.

Based on my available mounting space, I needed to keep the case small. The basic box dimensions are 45mm x 55mm x 28mm. Holes for the lid mounting are sized for #4 1/4-inch pan head screws.
