REVOLUTIONi3 Cable Chain Link Reversible

After all the new designs to the cable chain system I have been working on, I have decided to re-design the cable chain link itself. They have all been reversible, so it hit me that I needed to make the chain itself reversible so it won't curl when its laid flat and you have more options on the fly.

There is still need for the original link as it will hold one way only. The Original Cable Chain this is remixed from is
