Desktop lamp screw mount

my desktop lamp did only have that clamp (picture will come later) but for a project i am working on i wanted to screw it to a part of the table instead of a clamp, as there is no room for the clamp part. So i designed this in sketchup, the hole is around 15-16 mm.
