Bed leveling aid

This small gear holds the hex nuts that are used to adjust bed leveling.
They allow a better grip when adjusting the bed, and prevent the nuts from rotating with vibrations.
If the hex hole is too tight for the nut, heat up the nut with a soldiering iron and push it into place (carefully). It should melt the ABS and get melted into place perfectly. Let it cool before touching it ! Also a standard soldiering iron (~300°C) is good for ABS but might be too hot for PLA.
