Printrbot Simple Metal Locking Extruder Handle

This is an Extruder handle that locks in the open and closed position so that you don't have to hold it with your hand the while you change filament on your Printrbot Simple Metal.

My motivation for this design came from danmar's original extruder handle. However, I realized that it would interfere with where my RPi camera for Octoprint was mounted since the handle protruded out so far. When my simple would have tested the leveling of it's bed the handle wouldve hit the camera. So, I tried
