Ok so now proving the principle of strip mining, I decided it's time to upscale the operation and upscale the design.
Where as before I was using an Anchovy Jar I've decided to use an "Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour" Jar. This has a 74 millimetre diameter main body and a 54 millimetre diameter base. The height is approximately 120mm.
Before I was using the jars for the Anchovies and I was doing the rack at 45 degrees. I've decided that's a bit impractical for this job this size so I did a quic
