Ultimaker+Tool Holder

This is a remix of falleri's cool tool holder design. I have added a larger hole at the back to accommodate my slightly larger scalpel, and two slots in the middle to hold two sets of tweezers, as well as a 'floor' to hold stuff in place. Thank you falleri for the great original design!
