Hardware Store Cord Reel Spool Fastener

Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5817, but with some minor modifications:

* Flattened the top of the inner chamber in the handle. This fixed a large plastic blob that formed as the Makerbot attempted to print the "point" of the chamber.
* Shrunk the fastener along the X and Z axis, so that it would fit in the printed handle.
