Bowden Cable Mount for 1.75mm filament / M5 tube holders

I liked dob71's dual hot end mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16523/). It fits nicely onto my existing X-carriage (so I don't have to mess with reattaching and retightening the X belt.
