Scalpel Handle

This is close to a #3 scalpel handle and should fit scalpel blade sizes #10 through #15 (I've been testing with #11). Blades slide on snug and fit securely. Be sure to use the proper tools for adding and removing disposable blades since they are extremely sharp.
