Anyone who dares to grab its hilt will have their energy drained and be spirited away to the afterlife. It's a dangerous and fascinating Pokémon that carries a chilling air about it."This full sized replica Honedge is able to be printed in only 6 pieces and has a working removable sheath. Each piece is able to be fit onto a 220x220 print bed.Blade 1 and Blade 2 have an insert that allows it to be inserted into the other piece for stability and accurate placement.Guard can be printed laying flat with the "eye" on top. Supports are recommended.Hilt can be printed easily with the flat end on the print bed.Sheath comes in two parts print both on the flat side to get the best results.The sword itself is fashioned to hold one to three 5/16 wooden dowels for maximum stability. The middle dowel should be 20 roughly 20 inches and the two side dowels should be 13 inches in length. I took one 48 inch length dowel and cut it to fit.The Sheath is designed to have four 5/16 wooden dowel cut into 4 pieces of 8.5 inch length going through its corners for alignment and durability.Want to print this design commercially?
