On Air sign for your home studio.There are 3 easy-to-print pieces:- the box (cover)- the front- light diffusor (optional)You can use either a LED tape or DIY assembled LEDs.For LED tape, use as type as you wanted. For making it by your own, you will need at least 14 pieces of bright red LEDs and 22Ohm 1.5 - 2Watts resistor for powering it with 5V. It is not really matters if your LEDs are rounded or square type. The LEDs could be diffused or clear types. (In this last case, you should print the optional light diffusor for better quality of light.)Steps: Bend legs of LEDs 90° near to the LED head. Solder the LEDs one after another. (parallel connection...) Use the 22Ohm resistor in series with the LED pack to power it from USB power bank or any usb device.The power inlet must be drilled by the user according to the needs. The LED strip should be attached top-inner part of the box. You should add aluminum foil to the box inner walls (except where you put the LEDs) for better light distribution.Printing tips:You should use 0.4mm nozzle.Box and front face should be printed with 0.2mm layer height.Diffusor should be printed in 0.3mm layer height (one layer)Use Creality Value Pack Black (box itself) & White (front panel and diffusor) PLAs. (200°C nozzle, 60°C bed)For best results, use Lines pattern with directions: [0,90,45,135,90,45,135,0 ]Everything else should be as usual.
