Tap or Drill Guide Block (parametric, center hole added)

I took @Lemon_Major's original and removed the center section. The idea is two-fold: use less plastic, and hopefully also make it a little easier to align it with the intended target.

(While I was at it, also increased the arc resolution for smoother holes. I might have overcorrected a bit, sorry if the STL file is bigger than it needs to be.)
