This shield has an diameter around of 760mm ( I tried looking up the official shield size and this is the size I found ) and all pieces are sliced to fit an ender 3 ( 200x200x300 )Easy to assemble, it has 4.20mm holes where you can place 4mm rods, aluminum or wood. ( I recommend aluminum as it is lighter and stronger. )Some of the pieces on the back (where you put the tape to hold the arm) are capable of needing small supports. As a cosplayer I always try to make the patterns in a way that they have some resistance and that they can withstand the "encounters" of a convention full of people. For this reason, I advise you to place 4 walls in the Back A and D pieces. These are where the shield straps are attached. Bearing in mind that PLA is a material with some resistance, I don't believe that with a normal padding, it can withstand the weight of the shield (because of its size.)I also provide the Full model of the shield not sliced and without holes, in case you want to slice in another way.I usually print my parts with the following definitions:Quality: 2.8Walls: 3Infill: 10% or 15%Pattern: Zig ZagIMPORTANT!When assembling the shield, always assemble the Parts first in the following order:1st - 1, 2, 3, 42nd - 5, 6, 7, 83rd - 9, 10, 11, 124th 13, 14, 15, 16After these pieces are all assembled (forming shield lines, you can put all the pieces together. From my own experience, I give a margin of 0.20 mm for the rods (wood or aluminum.), so that the rod can be placed and glued without the risk of them getting stuck inside the piece or break before finishing assembling. If you liked the model, please click on like and rate. It is very important for me to know that they like my models. If you have any criticism, suggestion or doubt, do not hesitate to ask. :)Luck on the Printing and happy cosplay! :D
