The inside, especially, is 95% accurate to the very few appearances it makes.Also, the headphone part can not reach the ears in probably 99% of humans. Manga faces are very flat and if I had strechted this part accordingly to a normal head, it would have looked both weird and unnecessary. Sized for an adult male head.
