3uP Fan Bracket - FINALLY

Yes! Finally, a fan bracket for the 3uP which provides cooling to the print with NO LOSS OF PRINT AREA (actually you may possibly lose a tiny square in the front right corner...but close enough!) As I've said before, I would not be making a fan bracket if it meant a loss of print area, but I have finally found a way to work one in, and it works great.
