Hall Effect Z Endstop Mount Prusa I3

Simple hall effect endstop holder for Prusa I3.

I took the source for z-axis-bottom (https://github.com/EiNSTeiN-/Prusa3) and edited to remove the vertical mounts used to connect the part of the i3 frame and added an upper mount for the endstop.

To us ethis part, remove the 3 x m3 bolts from the existing motor mount, and place this part on top of the existing motor mount. Bolt new part on top of the old part
