Customizable Mini Hotend Fan Duct (Makerfarm i3/i3v compatible)

Since the X carriage hides the top portion on any hotend on the Makerfarm i3/i3v, cooling a small hotend (like J-head MkV or Aluhotend) can be difficult, since most fan ducts are too large and get too close to the heating block. This fan duct/mount has a slight inclination, so it will no t come too close to the heating block.
