MK5 Wade's-Style Tensioner with Dust Remover

Just what the name says it is. It is identical to the files created by ScribbleJ here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6402 . The only difference is that I added a 1 cm box on top of the filament inlet to hold a sponge which will remove dust and hairs from the filament (similar to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5639).
