Flat tape dispenser

Remix of josephrueter's great sticky tape dispenser, with the requested hanging hole in handle. Also fixed the manifold... I'm still thinking of making a sharp slope to the curring end, but printed it out with the hole to test how it works.

I expect the actual tape-holder part may have trouble letting the tape roll freely because it's only supported at two places, one place against the pulling... fixing that would detract from the current flat elegance, though.
