LCD and Filament guide for Prusa i3

My LCD is a little bit bigger than the one of the original thing, the distances between screw hole are 50 mm and 146 mm, so I've resized the original plate and designed a new attach to the metal frame.
I designed the support considering the max Z height of the extruder, the LCD can move around 45° and I've included a filament guide.
The cover for the LCD is designed around the distances of mine, I hope it can be useful also for other ones!
